Crease Privacy Policy

Crease is a cricket network that connects players, coaches, scouts and teams.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), role and display name.
- Profile information: name, date of birth (players), location, club, playing styles, bio, career statistics, linked scoring accounts, profile photo and highlight videos.
- Content you share: posts, photos, videos, comments, reactions, recommendations, messages, event registrations, match availability and scorecard screenshots.
- Connections and teams: who you connect with, teams you join and your roles in them.
- Moderation records: reports you submit and users you block.
We do not sell your personal information, show third-party advertising, or track you across other apps and websites.
How we use information
- To run Crease: show your profile, feed, teams, matches, messages and notifications.
- To let scouts and coaches discover players who choose to be visible.
- To keep the community safe: enforce our guidelines and review reports.
- To secure accounts, including password resets.
Who can see your information
Profile details, posts and comments are visible to other Crease members according to the app's
connection and visibility settings. Messages are visible only to the participants. Blocked users
cannot see your posts or comments, and you will not see theirs.
Children
Crease is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information
from them. Signing up requires confirming you are at least 13. If you believe a child under 13 has
created an account, contact us at kumar.sdeepak@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Edit your profile at any time from the app.
- Delete your account from the app (menu → Delete Account). This permanently removes your account, profile, posts, comments, reactions, messages, media and connections.
- Report content or block users from any post, comment or profile.
Data retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and passwords are hashed.
